Lavendore is committed to delivering your perfume orders safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packed, and delivered across India.

1. HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

Once your order is placed:

1. Order Processing & Quality Inspection

• Your order undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure every perfume bottle is authentic, sealed, and undamaged.

• After inspection, the items are securely packed to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

2. Handover to Courier Partner

• The package is handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners.

• Our courier services operate across India to ensure timely delivery.

3. Delivery to Your Address

• The courier partner will deliver the package to your provided shipping address.

• If the delivery agent is unable to reach you or faces address issues, they will attempt contact to resolve the matter.

2. PACKAGING STANDARDS

At Lavendore, we ensure premium and secure packaging for every order:

• All products are placed in Lavendore-branded boxes.

• Each perfume bottle is wrapped in protective bubble wrap.

• Fragile items receive additional cushioning to safeguard against damage.

We take pride in maintaining high packaging quality to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.

3. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Lavendore currently ships across India only.

Note: International shipping is not available at this time.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched:

• You will receive an email/SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.

• Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

• You can track your shipment through the respective courier partner’s website.

• DTDC (where applicable)

5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days
(Sundays & Public Holidays excluded).

Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 working days

• Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 working days

• Remote Locations: 5–10 working days

High-Demand / Sale Events

During festive sales or special promotions, dispatch times may extend due to increased order volume. Even during peak periods, we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days.

6. SHIPPING CHARGES

There are no hidden or additional shipping charges.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

8. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PERFUME SHIPPING

Perfumes are classified as liquid-based and flammable, so:

• Certain pin codes may require ground shipping only

• Delivery timelines may vary due to regulatory restrictions

We ensure compliance with all shipping and safety guidelines.
