Cancellation and Return Policy

Lavendore is committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience.
Please read the following Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. ORDER CANCELLATION

1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request cancellation before your order has been shipped by contacting us at:

If the cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be initiated within 2–3 working days.


1.2 Refund Timelines for Cancellations

For Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking)

  • Refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 48–72 business hours after cancellation approval.

  • Banks may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect the amount.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

  • You must share your bank details via email.

  • Refund initiation: 48–72 business hours after receiving your bank details.

  • Bank reflection: additional 2–3 business days.


2. RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Lavendore sells personal-use fragrance products, and strict quality standards are followed.

We offer a 3-day return/replacement window only for sealed, unopened products.
Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


2.1 Eligibility Criteria for Returns

A product is eligible for return/replacement ONLY if:

  • It is unused, sealed, and in original packaging

  • It has not been opened, sprayed, tested, or tampered with

  • It is a full-size perfume (not a miniature or sample)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened / used perfumes

  • Broken or unsealed packaging

  • Perfume miniatures, samples, testers, gift sets

  • Deodorants and deodorant sticks

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items returned after the 3-day window

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Missing original packaging or accessories


2.2 Important Note for Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is returned by the customer without a valid reason after the item has been shipped, Lavendore reserves the right to:

  • Deduct actual shipping + return courier charges from the refund

  • Refund the remaining balance to the original payment method


3. RETURN PROCESS

To raise a return request, email us within 3 business days of delivery:

Include the following:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images of the product, packaging & invoice

After approval:

  • You must ship the unused, sealed product to our return address

  • Verification takes 1–2 business days after receiving the product

  • Refund or replacement will be processed only after successful inspection


4. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

Steps:

  1. Email us at support@lavendore.com with your Order ID.

  2. Attach clear images/videos of the issue.

  3. We may arrange a pickup (based on pincode) or request you to self-ship.

Refund/Replacement Policy

  • Replacement depends on stock availability.

  • If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


5. PARTIAL RETURNS

Partial returns are allowed if multiple items were ordered.
Related complimentary items must also be returned.


6. REFUND TIMELINES FOR RETURNS

For Prepaid Orders

Refund will be processed to the original payment source within
48–72 business hours of verifying the returned item.
The bank may take 2–3 additional days to reflect the amount.

For COD Orders

  • Refund via bank transfer

  • Initiated within 48–72 business hours after verification

  • Bank reflection may take 2–3 more days


7. EXCEPTIONS

Lavendore reserves the right to reject returns in cases of:

  • Policy misuse

  • Excessive return requests

  • Fraudulent activities

  • Tampering or misrepresentation of the product condition
