Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using the Lavendore website, mobile applications, or any services provided by Lavendore (collectively, the “Platform”), or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform or place an order.

Throughout these Terms, “Lavendore”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lavendore (a perfume company based in Delhi). “You”, “User” or “Customer” refer to the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform.

1. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, purchase of products, and any related services. Additional policies referenced here (for example: Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cookie Policy) form part of these Terms. You should review all such policies prior to using the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Platform and placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Lavendore will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account.

4. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

• Product descriptions, images and specifications are intended to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

• Prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Lavendore may limit quantities available for purchase.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Lavendore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in price or product information, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CONTRACT FORMATION

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when Lavendore sends an order confirmation email. We may require additional verification before accepting an order. Until acceptance, Lavendore may reject or cancel orders at its discretion.

6. PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods displayed on the Platform. Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless COD is offered for your location. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; Lavendore does not store your card details. By placing an order you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the amount payable.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Lavendore ships only within India. Delivery timelines, tracking procedures and shipping charges (if any) are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery by the courier at the shipping address provided.

8. CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy governs cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds. Please review that policy carefully before placing an order.

9. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights);

• Transmit harmful code, viruses or malware;

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;

• Harvest or collect personal data of other users without consent;

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation;

• Post or upload any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringes third-party rights.

Lavendore may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

10. CONTENT SUBMISSIONS

Any content you provide (reviews, comments, images, suggestions) may be used by Lavendore without compensation, and Lavendore is free to use, reproduce, modify and publish such content. You represent and warrant you own the rights to any content you submit and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Lavendore does not endorse, and is not responsible for, third-party content, practices, products or services. Any transactions you conduct with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software) is owned or licensed by Lavendore and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed or exploited without Lavendore’s prior written consent.

13. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lavendore does not warrant that use of the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, nor does it warrant product performance for any particular purpose beyond manufacturer specifications.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except where prohibited by law, Lavendore and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Platform or purchases made through the Platform. Lavendore’s aggregate liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Lavendore and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (c) your use of the Platform.

16. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand Lavendore’s practices.

17. ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS

Occasionally, product descriptions or pricing may contain errors. Lavendore reserves the right to correct any errors and to update information without prior notice. If an error results in an incorrect charge, Lavendore will notify you and provide options, including order cancellation and refund.

18. TERMINATION

Lavendore may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for breach of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Lavendore may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Platform with the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any policies or documents expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lavendore regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
